Reduced Vertical Separation Minima (RVSM) Training was made to be able to fly in the China Airspace altitudes safely. Scandlearn created a targeted e-course discussing its advantages and safe flying distances.
Apart from enhancing safety, RVSM saves fuel and reduces air congestion by providing six additional flight levels between 29,000 and 41,000 feet. Airlines must operate by RVSM policies and procedures that apply to the airspace they are flying. Our course is designed to teach flight crew the relevant RVSM requirements and procedures.
Topics Included
- Chinese RVSM equipment
- Non-radar environment
- Strategic lateral offest (SLOP)
- ACAS II/TCAS II
- Chinese RVSM altitude
Regulatory Compliance
Our course closely follows the EASA regulations but is also suitable for operators complying with other standards globally.
